Logan Lofts was built on an empty lot at 1503 11th St, NW (just south of Rhode Island). Do you like the way they turned out?

Their Web site says, it is a four unit building with 2 bed/2baths and a roof deck.

Incidentally the old Postal Union building next door looks like it got renovated as well:

The flier says:

“EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY-TWO LEVEL CONDO LOCATED CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN AND IN WALKING DISTANCE TO METRO. PROPERTY FEATURES STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES, UPDATED BATHROOM AND HIGH END APPLIANCES.”

You can find more info here and photos here.

Think this 2 bed/1.5 bath will go for $360,000 ($160 condo fee)?

The Craigslist ad says:

“Fabulous one bedroom one bath in the heart of Logan Circle! Located in a quaint Victorian on the 2nd floor, this apartment faces the front and gets a ton of light through the bay windows, has a wonderful open layout with a ton of closet space and storage, eat-in kitchen, central heat and cooling, washer dryer in unit.”

Here’s another another building that I’ve always admired when passing on a walkabout. Psyched to finally get a peek inside. Does $1595 sound reasonable for this 1 bedroom?

Bar Pilar is located at 1833 14th St, NW (south of T street). Anyone who has spent time at Bar Pilar on a Friday or Saturday night will recognize that an expansion would provide some needed breathing room. Personally I think it would be great.

According to a liquor license amendment recently posted out front, the:

“LICENSEE REQUESTS EXPANSION OF PREMISE TO INCLUDE 2ND FLOOR FOR 46 ADDITIONAL SEATS”

Their Web site reminds me:

“Every Tuesday night from 5pm – 11pm our chefs prepare a home style meal inspired by different cultures. From rustic French to American picnic food, come discover our home cooking with your friends and you’ll be sure to leave happy. Each week he creates a menu based on the freshest produces available to him that week. No future menus have yet been established. The theme is usually announced each week a couple days in advance of the event.”

You can see their regular menu here.

And on a side note while looking upstairs I was reminded of their awesome art deco numbers:

As well as some awesome sculptures:

Well I try not to post too many +$1 million homes in a week but I also lack impulse control from time to time. Anyway, I’ve often been curious about these 4 level row houses in Logan Circle. I’m not sure if we’ve ever seen inside one before but this one is pretty damn impressive. Though I’m very curious if you guys think it’ll get the asking price of $1,345,000?
