There was a time when organized snowball fights first emerged in DC. Thanks to cellphones, the internet/Facebook and a little mischief word quickly spread. Going through an old box of family papers I found a notebook of my great-grandmother’s. The notebook was from M.S. Ginn & Co., 918-920 14th St. NW.
