“Chefs Stopping AAPI Hate (CSAH), founded by Tim Ma and Kevin Tien, announce the launch of an ambitious fundraising event on Monday, March 21, 2022 to support World Central Kitchen (WCK), founded by José Andrés, in its efforts to feed thousands of Ukrainian families and refugees displaced by the current invasion.

The owners tell me: “The PLAN is to close 14th and open Dupont in early summer.

Menu will have all the same items plus a few new ones. We’re getting an oven (we currently just have 1 induction burner) which means…hot subs! Meatball sub anyone?!?!? (more…)
