From The MICHELIN Guide:

“The MICHELIN Guide has chosen 36 restaurants in Washington deserving of the Bib Gourmand distinction, including four new additions. This announcement precedes the MICHELIN Guide Washington DC Star Revelation event on Wednesday, May 4.

Bib Gourmand restaurants offer a full menu of a starter, main course and dessert, making it possible to order two courses and a glass of wine or dessert for around $40 or less (tax and gratuity not included).

A reader reports: “I was sitting outside at the The Cracked Eggery next to the old Uptown Theater when the shots were fired. I could hear a bullet wizz by and it hit the window of Byblos Deli.”

Another reader reports: “there’s been a police car parked over there near Byblos/Orange Theory for quite a while.”
