I’ll keep this brief, but I was on a no-makeup coffee run (Monday, Jan. 30th) at the Starbucks on 16th & U when a really friendly guy held the door open for me and I liked his smile! Seemed pretty tall, brown hair, blue eyes (I think?) and was wearing a black hoodie I believe. (more…)

“Dear PoPville,
Hoping you can help me out with a missed connection in Georgetown on Saturday (1/28). It was about 230pm or so and I was walking through campus and near the hospital, when I made eye contact with a women walking towards me. As we got closer, she approached me and asked how to get to the Yates Field House (Georgetown U’s gym) and I told her how to get there. I was going to chat further and get her number, but didn’t want to interfere with her workout, as she seemed to be in a rush. Would love to grab a drink or coffee sometime if you see this!”

I had a missed connection at the Caps/Pens game tonight (Thursday) that I’d love to find.
We were at Rocket Bar before the game started (around 7pm) and a man who introduced himself as “Chase” wearing a Caps jersey and a backwards hat came up to my friend and I, but then had to leave to go to the game. I was so flustered that I didn’t give him my name or ask for his number. We tried to call his name at the game but were not able to locate him. Hard to find one person among 20k fans. This is me shooting my shot, which I should have done at the time.”
