“Dear PoPville,

Back in December, I went hiking at Old Rag (Shenandoah) and ended up chatting with a guy at the trailhead about the hike, scrambles, and rock climbing in general. It was a fun positive little conversation, and he suggested we go climbing sometime but I totally froze! I mumbled some excuse and we didn’t end up exchanging numbers. Ack.

I know it’s absurd to even think about it this much later, but I’d love to continue the conversation if I had the chance.

And it’s always good to hang out w outdoor enthusiasts!

You: curly brown hair guy, late 20s(?)
Me: 5’5″ ish woman, dark hair, glasses

We also talked about my recently moving back to the DMV, and your travels in Japan w the army.”

Ed. Note: If this is you, please email [email protected] so I can put you in touch with OP. PoPville is not affiliated with either party, please proceed with any potential connection at your own risk using caution as you would any online encounter. For those curious about past missed connections, many have been made and when possible I’ll try to update when/if more are made.
