“The grandmother (Ndah), the 3 mo old and 6 year old were released from the hospital on Monday (10/12).

The mother (Jojo), father (Paterne Kan) and oldest child remain in their respective burn ICUs.

Immediate neighbors are in touch with the family daily and (as mentioned) have organized a GoFundMe campaign.”

Rushing the legalization of autonomous vehicles is irresponsible given the anticipated AI-related job displacement and disruptions that put countless workers at risk.

DC must be a leader in welcoming new technology while supporting workers and prioritizing safety.

Let’s get this right and not rush Waymo legislation this year.”
