UPDATE: Thanks to readers for telling me they have recently visited Panda Gourmet. There was a bit of language barrier when talking on the phone but they are trying to investigate how somebody got access to their Facebook page. Deepest apologies for the scare – and a good reminder to go get some of the best Chinese in the city!!

UPDATE TWO: I’m now told via email that the Facebook message was written by the previous owner’s daughter and that Panda Gourmet is now “under new ownership and management.” The old facebook page has now been deactivated. Again, apologies for the confusion. (more…)
