I live off corcoran st nw and 16th st nw, and at least 5 times when I’ve been out walking my dog past 10pm, I’ve seen someone open their high up window of this apartment building and dump popcorn all over the sidewalk. Is this a sacrificial offering to the pigeon gods? A new trend? Do they keep watching bad movies that sully their buckets of popcorn??”

wondering if the ‘ville has any updates or news on the long-anticipated RIA development at 14th and Rhode Island Ave NE? The MidCity website hasn’t been updated in over a year and there isn’t much happening at the site. Would love to know when the big trucks are gonna roll in.
