“Dear PoPville,
Last night there was a “safety check” (Tues 8/27 starting around 8:30pm) on Georgia Avenue at Dahlia St. There’s at least 15 police cars, tow truck, paddy wagon, and they are funneling everyone into single lane northbound and southbound to check cars. Cops said it was a safety check, but otherwise don’t have any more information.” (more…)
