This will be our first winter in DC with a toddler and I’m wondering where we are taking little ones on the weekends. Looking for spots (ideally in the city) that are kid-friendly, have space enough for toddlers on the move, and have food and drinks for the adults. Bonus points for outdoor heaters and TVs!”
