Dundee isn’t just making pizza – he’s also performing dough MAGIC to recreate Chersevani’s childhood favorite “Grandma Pizza” – those legendary Long Island rectangular slices that’ll make your taste buds do the tarantella [coming soon to the Carb Bar]! But wait, there’s more! He’s rolling out an artisanal spin on Hot Pockets and in the mornings the flaky, buttery Danishes transport you straight to pastry paradise.

From the custom crust to the drool-worthy toppings, every bite is a flavor explosion! The seasonal Pizza menu features show-stoppers like:

The Lucifer $20 – Red Sauce, Onion, Salami, Pecorino, Parmesan, Hot Honey, and Chili Flakes (so hot it’ll make the devil himself sweat!)
The Kicked-In $22 – Red Sauce with a MUSHROOM PARTY with a varied selection of Brown Beech, Button, Maitake, Shiitake, and shredded Mozzarella (fungi fanatics, rejoice!

And here comes the Pocket revolution, with the Honey Love $11 – stuffed with imported Mortadella, Stracciatella, Arugula, EVOO, Honey, Pistachios, Parmesan, and Lemon (this ain’t your microwave dinner, folks).

For Dundee, the Carb Bar is literally his dream come true! After first flour-dusting his hands in high school, he’s been pizza-obsessed, working his way through the restaurant world – from sommelier certification to running operations for acclaimed restaurateurs. In 2022, Dundee flipped the script and launched Eternal Love & Pizza, his mobile carb laboratory where he went full mad scientist – testing grains, hydration levels, and shapes until discovering his secret weapon: rye flour for a mind-blowing flavor bomb crust!

A secret, upon request only, wine list with by-the-bottle selections features rare, exclusive Italian varietals. Those imbibing by-the-glass can sip away on perfectly paired selections from classic Chianti to crisp Pinot Grigio from Buffalo & Bergen’s accessible drinks menu.
