It also has a door leading out to the backyard patio and optional secured parking space (Additional $90). The storage room is large and convenient. The apartment has central AC and Heat.

This Capitol Hill apartment is just a block and a half from the H Street Corridor, and a 10 minute walk from Lincoln Park, Eastern Market, Union Market, and Union Station. Great access to public transportation including, street car, buses and Metro. Close proximity to grocery stores (Whole Foods, Giant, Trader Joes), shopping, and many Restaurants along the H Street Corridor.

The minimum lease term is for one year. The security deposit is equal to one full month’s rent. Tenant(s) are responsible for electricity and 1/3 of water/sewer bill.
