I recently saw this post and I’m pretty sure I encountered the same person in late March.
I was walking my dog on the sidewalk in Kalorama when I noticed a shirtless man get out of his car and walk toward the sidewalk.
The rest of his body was blocked by another car until he was directly in front of me—that’s when I realized he was completely naked (apart from a hat) and was holding his penis in his hand. He turned around so I saw his butt and asked me, “Do you like that?”
I crossed to the other side of the street and tried to get a picture of his car and license plate, but wasn’t fast enough. I did notice he drove a dark jeep that I’m pretty sure had MD tags.
I’ve reported it to the police, but wanted to send another warning since this guy seems to be hanging out in the NW area.”
