I apologize in advance as some may find this triggering but as a woman who was in Meridian Hill/Malcolm X Park by myself today, I want to alert anyone who visits the park.
Today around noon I saw a suspicious man that appeared to be engaging in sexual behavior. He was wearing grey sweatshirt, grey drawstring backpack, black sunglasses, and grey shorts that had a bright yellow bandanna over his private region. The man was carrying a grey towel and would move from spot to spot in the lower level of the park where he would sit on the towel, legs open and mess with himself. He appeared to be changing his view to watch other women as they came and left the park. I called the cops to give a description and asked they send someone out, but please exercise caution. This was middle of the day!!!”
