I live in DC and visited a friend in Arlington only to discover the attached note on my windshield when I headed home after about three hours. It was my first time there, and my car had been legally parked on the street (with plenty of open spaces immediately surrounding it).
I have many thoughts about the tone and content of the letter, but am curious whether anyone else has received similar messages while on the other side of the river! Not exactly welcoming.”
