“Tuesday afternoon Third District officers observed a female walking down the street essentially following a Fed Ex truck. This raised their suspicions. As the officers came back around, they observed the same female leaving the front walkway of a residence carrying a package.

They stopped her and once they learned the package belonged to that address, they placed her under arrest for Theft II. If you see anyone in your neighborhoods appear to be following a Fed Ex, UPS or US Mail truck, you can always call 911 so we can check it out.
