“sweetgreen will Debut its First Digital-Only Pickup Location in DC this Summer” (City Vista location will be closing July 25)

From an email:

“Excited to share that sweetgreen is piloting their first digital-only pickup location, sweetgreen pickup kitchen, opening on Aug 1 in Washington DC’s Mt. Vernon Square neighborhood.

sweetgreen’s digital business is rapidly growing, accounting for 67% of their 2021 total revenue. The mission-driven brand is working to provide new and convenient ordering methods to elevate the digital experience, to meet customers where they are and bring healthy fast food to the masses. The digital-only restaurant also allows sweetgreen to move quickly to fulfill customer demand, and reach new guests in areas that would not otherwise support a full-size restaurant.

The location is unique from a traditional sweetgreen restaurant because it does not have an inside dining area or front-service line, offering exclusive access to pick-up shelves for a frictionless grab-and-go experience. Customers will be able to place pick-up orders via sweetgreen’s website, mobile app and participating third-party delivery services. The site will also have an outdoor patio for dining.

The new Mt. Vernon restaurant (601 Massachusetts Ave NW) is a relocation of sweetgreen’s existing City Vista location (1065 5th St NW), which will close its doors on July 25.

For many remote workers, a messy home is distracting.

You’re getting pulled into meetings, and your unread emails keep ticking up. But you can’t focus because pet hair tumbleweeds keep floating across the floor, your desk has a fine layer of dust and you keep your video off in meetings so no one sees the chaos behind you.

It’s no secret a dirty home is distracting and even adds stress to your life. And who has the energy to clean after work? That’s why it’s smart to enlist the help of professionals, like Well-Paid Maids.
