“This pick up truck has been parked at 6th and Q Street, NW, in Shaw, since the weekend.
I’m not sure who the owner is or whether they’re the ones who actually placed the bucket asking for “donations toward down payment” in the truck bed, but I thought I’d share before the truck is likely to be towed away on the next street sweeping day.”
