“A new Italian Restaurant serving high-quality pizza. Seating Capacity of 60 and a Total Occupancy Load of 70.”
Presumably related to the Lupo Verde folks down the block.

Taylor opened in the former Ruff n Ready space back in 2012. They abruptly closed in 2018.
