Highlights
Green Line trains operate regular weekend service.
Free shuttle buses replace Red Line trains between Van Ness and Dupont Circle.
Stations closed: Cleveland Park and Woodley Park
Orange and Silver Line trains operate every 24 minutes.
Single tracking between Eastern Market and Stadium-Armory to allow for rail, fastener, cover board and grout pad renewal.
Blue line trains operate every 24 minutes, Franconia-Springfield to Eastern Market only.
Single tracking between National Airport & Braddock Road to allow for rail, fastener, cover board and grout pad renewal.
Yellow Line trains operate every 24 minutes, Huntington to Mt Vernon Sq.
Single tracking between National Airport and Braddock Road to allow for tie, rail, and fastener replacement.
On Memorial Day, Monday, May 28, Metrorail will open at 8 a.m. and close at 11 p.m. Trains will operate on a Sunday schedule. Off-peak fares will be in effect all day, and parking will be free at all Metrorail parking facilities.”
