“OPM reports Federal Offices in the Washington, DC area are CLOSED for Wednesday, March 21, 2018. Emergency and telework-ready employees required to work must follow their agency’s policies, including written telework agreements.”

“On Wednesday, March 21, 2018 the DC Courts will be open on an emergency schedule only. Just arraignments and juvenile new referrals will take place. Jurors need not report.”

From the Smithsonian:

“Due to the snowstorm, all our Capital Region museums and the National Zoo will be closed today except for National Museum of American History and National Museum of African American History and Culture, which will open at 10 a.m.

From NWS: “6:00 AM: A band of heavy snow is lifting northeast that will quickly make travel hazardous. Temperatures are below freezing in most locations, so exercise caution even if precipitation is light.”
