  • it looks like the robber left a lot of cash in the register… i don’t get it.

    • Noticed the same. I guess for the sake of time he focused on the row of the largest bills, $100 or $50s presumably but $20 bills add up and it looks like he missed all of them.

  • That really pissed me off to see. Glad everyone remained calm but still wish someone would of got his ass as soon as he hit the exit door.

Dude had a gun. Business has insurance. Should someone get shot over $400?
And just think, once he’s caught us taxpayers get to spend money paying for his Public Defendant, jail time, and parole officers. Awesome.

  • Wow! Nonchalant indeed. Perhaps some didn’t even know it was happening.

  • “And no, don’t give me those damn Euros you keep forgetting to exchange!”

  • The way the handgun was brandished looked off. Like it wasn’t real so they flashed it only and didn’t let anyone really see it

  • From the pizza oven I’m guessing its the &Pizza they should check the metro cameras

  • “Give me the money &pizza!”

  • I wonder if he had to be more specific when he said, “Give up to the dough!”

  • It seemed like the customers in the store were not aware of what was going on? If I had been there I would like to think that I would have called 911.

What is the community’s opinion about the role of a bystander in these situations?

    Happy Saturday DC people 🙂

  • Is anyone else bothered or confused by the date/time stamp on the video that shows Jan. 30th at 11:30 pm (rather than Jan. 29th at 10:30 pm quoted in the comment)??
