“On Saturday, October 1, 2016, Ice Cream Jubilee’s second location will open to the public at noon. The first 100 customers who order at the T Street location between noon and 1pm on October 1, 2016 will receive one free scoop each.
Ice Cream Jubilee’s T Street location will be open from 12pm – 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays and 12pm – 10pm on Sunday to Thursday.
Ice Cream Jubilee will serve its freshly made waffle cones and quarter-pound cookies, and introduce new seasonal flavors, sundaes, and indulgent hot drinks for the winter. Ice Cream Jubilee will open with 19 flavors and will be introducing two seasonal fall flavors on October 1:
Pumpkin Honeycomb and Salty Apple Cinnamon.

Ice Cream Jubilee’s first location is currently open at 301 Water St, SE, in Yards Park along the Capitol Riverfront, walking distance from the Nationals Park. Its summer hours extend through October 31 (11am-10pm Sunday to Thursday, and 11am-11pm Friday and Saturday).”
