The James Beard award-winning restaurant’s brunch menu includes new dishes such as yellow tomato gazpacho, cured salmon and scallion omelet with duck confit in addition to longstanding favorites Eggs Benedict, chocolate and blueberry pancakes and fried chicken & waffles.

Guests will enjoy dessert for a third course, with a choice of sweet treats such as macarons, mousse, sorbet and more. The new brunch menu also features bottomless Mimosas, Bellinis and Bloody Marys for an additional $15 while dining.

With its beautiful ambiance and light-filled interior, Central is a perfect brunch destination for Washington diners looking for meticulously prepared food at an accessible price.

“Brunch is one of the most important meals to Washingtonians looking to get together over good food at a leisurely pace,” says chef and partner David Deshaies. “We revamped our brunch menu to give guests more options, more flavors and a bit more fun.”

Central is open for brunch every Sunday from 11am to 2:30pm.”
