Rant: Not looking forward to go back to that ^^, it’s 86 here with a nice breeze 🙁

  • Did anyone notice the sky last night around 8 p.m.? Just after the first ferocious wave of wind and snow – the sky was bright – a clear, dark blue with cumulus clouds that seemed to be actually glowing – opalescent even.

I’m guessing it might have been city lights reflecting off the snow onto low clouds – but it was unique and gorgeous!

  • My three dogs barely made it to the corner before pulling me back to the house. Even though I put a sweater and a coat on them, they were shivering.

  • Sadly, some of the panhandlers seem to have doubled down on the cold. There were a couple of guys working traffic on the corners of K and 27th. Hope the authorities can get them inside.
