“The Second District is currently investigating a robbery of a business that occurred in the 1400 block of 14th St NW. At approximately 7:50 AM, a subject inside the establishment assaulted the cashier and removed currency from the cash register. The subject fled the establishment on foot towards Logan Circle NW. The subject is described as a Black male, late 40s to early 50s, approximately 5’7″ in height, thin, and wearing a black leather jacket with black shorts and a baseball style cap.
If you have any information regarding this subject, please contact the Metropolitan Police Department at 202-727-9099.”
