From a press release:

“EastBanc, Inc., the DC-based commercial and residential real estate investment and development firm, announced today that Alice + Olivia, the high-style women’s clothing boutique, has signed a ten-year lease to occupy the retail space at 3303 M Street, NW. Formerly occupied by Qdoba Mexican Grill, the 2,400-square-foot retail space is a prime commercial real estate property, which complements the western movement of home and fashion retailers along M Street and is situated directly across from Cady’s Alley. EastBanc served as the leasing agent and represented property owner Ron Grow, managing member of 33rd & M St, NW, LLC in the transaction. A grand opening date is slated for September 2014.

The Georgetown debut of Alice & Olivia is a milestone for the apparel company with its first location to open in Washington, DC and throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. The lease commences immediately and Alice + Olivia will begin all necessary build-out enhancements to outfit the space in a first class manner.

Alice + Olivia is a contemporary women’s clothing brand designed by founder Stacey Bendet, which incorporates her love of culture, music, art and vintage fashion. Stacey’s fresh, edgy ready-to-wear collection is ideal for the workplace or for a casual day out, which includes stylish evening dresses, mini skirts, silk blouses, designer shoes, handbags and accessories. The color palette of each collection blends black and white with pops of bold color and metallic accents giving Alice + Olivia a chic, sophisticated look and feel.”

For many remote workers, a messy home is distracting.

You’re getting pulled into meetings, and your unread emails keep ticking up. But you can’t focus because pet hair tumbleweeds keep floating across the floor, your desk has a fine layer of dust and you keep your video off in meetings so no one sees the chaos behind you.

It’s no secret a dirty home is distracting and even adds stress to your life. And who has the energy to clean after work? That’s why it’s smart to enlist the help of professionals, like Well-Paid Maids.
