This rental is located in Truxton Circle:

The listing says:

“Because of a professional opportunity in Europe we are sad to leave our house in NoMA behind. This beautiful 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom townhouse is located in vibrant Truxton Circle / NoMa – just a short walk away from two metro lines (red and yellow/green), shopping (harris teeter, union market) and some of DC’s finest coffee shops (big bear, busboys and poets) and restaurants (rustik tavern, beau thai). Even Chinatown and the H Street corridor are within walking distance.

The entire house has a unique, modern flair with black bamboo flooring on two floors. The big, open kitchen has been completely redone in 2011 including all new appliances, as have all bathrooms. The ground floor has large windows giving it more light than most other townhouses. The house includes a complete English basement (with kitchenette and bathroom) with separate entrance. The house has a back deck and a small patio that can be used as a parking spot for one car.

We are renting the house furnished or unfurnished.”

This 3 bed/3.5 bath is going for $3,200/Mo.

Potomac Harmony is Back! Following a gap year of competing, then virtual rehearsals during the pandemic, followed by the well-earned retirement of our long-term director, a year of a director search, Potomac Harmony hit the regional contest stage in Concord, North Carolina in March for the first time since 2018! It was exhilarating, reaffirming, and rewarding!

The chorus hit all of its goals, the biggest of which was to have fun and sing our best on contest stage — we did both! Because we earned a score over 400 points, our new Director, Allison Lynskey, was awarded the Novice Director award, photo above. Additionally, one of our charter members, Jackie Bottash, was nominated for and honored with the Leadership Excellence award. It was a celebratory weekend!

What’s next? So much! We now look forward to upcoming performances, growing our membership, and expanding our musical product with new arrangements and an education component each week. It’s an exciting time to be part of this ever-growing ensemble!
