From a press release:

On Sunday, August 25th, doi moi, the forthcoming Southeast Asian restaurant from the team behind Estadio and Proof, will host a special dinner in advance of its public opening to support a worthy local cause. Guests attending this event will enjoy a selection of dishes from doi moi’s full menu along with alcoholic libations. A minimum donation of $100 per person (tax included) is required to secure a reservation. 100% of the proceeds will benefit Brainfood, a non-profit youth development organization based in Washington, DC.

“Our restaurants have supported the great work Brainfood does for several years. Its mission to help kids build life skills through food and cooking is an extremely important community undertaking and I am excited that our guests will have an opportunity to support Brainfood and enjoy a preview of doi moi before its official opening,” said proprietor Mark Kuller.

doi moi will offer three seatings – 6PM, 7:15PM and 8:30PM. For reservations, please visit www.brain-food.org. doi moi and Brainfood kindly ask that guests do not comment on the dinner or service experience on any public forum, including all social media outlets.
