I thought this space was the future home of Willow Boutique (currently housed in the CoreHaus space)?

Tend to think if you are looking to start a business here, please buy the space, not rent it. I could easily see the lease on a place like this doubling in the next 5-7 years, just like has happened further south on 14th. Otherwise, I like this corridor. Looks like a nice building!
Where is this Petworth/Columbia Heights Metro station they speak of? If this were a residential property, I have no doubt the broker would add that it is steps from the Capitol and the monuments.
Perhaps they were saying, four blocks to Petworth (true) four blocks to Columbia Heights (mostly true, as CH starts SW of New Hampshire and Georgia Ave) and Metro (true, four blocks to Petworth Metro)
That is being incredible generous though, so I will just call BS.
