salt and pepper grill has had a food truck for a little while now.
what does “Indian Hilal” mean?
It’s basically the Islamic version of Kosher.
Usually spelled “halal.”
Spelling doesn’t seem to be this place’s strong suit… their Twitter name and website spell “Pepper” as “Papper.”

The owner of the place keeps the corner very clean and it’s one of the few places on this part of Georgia Ave that looks nice from outside. I hope the food is good.
