The third location of Colada Shop will open the first week of July, at 10 Pearl St SW, Washington, D.C.

The Anthem is pleased to announce their brand new pop-up waterfront bar and restaurant Camp Anthem, which will open to the public this Friday, June 19th from 4:30pm to midnight.

  • Located on District Pier, each table on the pier is covered by a cabana tent, and seats up to 6 people.

The Grill from KNEAD Hospitality + Design opens in SW Waterfront Tonight

“THE GRILL from KNEAD Hospitality + Design, in partnership with Chef Roberto Santibañez, is a contemporary, upscale American bar and grill opening tonight for dinner in D.C.’s District Wharf. The menu focuses on American cuisine with an emphasis on wood-fired steaks, seafood and lighter vegetarian fare. The modern, 5,400 square foot eatery was inspired by the years that KNEAD’s founders, Jason Berry and Michael Reginbogin, lived in Miami. The space features a sophisticated South Beach-inspired décor in an intimate setting. “Hoffman-Madison Waterfront (HMW), a joint venture of Hoffman & Associates (formerly PN Hoffman) and Madison Marquette, the co-developers of The Wharf, along with joint venture partner, Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments), closed on the largest private construction loan in the city’s history in the amount of $847 million.

The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (NYSE: GS), led the nonrecourse transaction, along with syndicate members Starwood Capital Group, Mack Real Estate Group and Pentagon Federal Credit Union.
