Thanks to Mark for sending “from NoMa/Near Northeast. This is the first time I’ve grown trombetta squash. They are easy to grow and pretty pest resistant. If you pick them early they have the properties of a summer squash and if you let them stay on the vine they have the properties of a winter squash. The longest one measured 35”. (more…)
