Today in Hawks around Town and Great Garden Haul Vol. 14

Thanks to Andrew for sending: “Caught this hawk hanging out on our fence in Hill East. First time we’ve see one in our neighborhood.”

If you spot a hawk or any interesting wildlife around town, lunching or otherwise, and get a good photo please send in an email where you spotted it to [email protected] and I’ll add it to the queue. Hawks around Town is made possible by a generous grant from the Ben and Sylvia Gardner foundation.

Thanks to Pooja and Adam for sending their great haul from Columbia Heights!

Please send your hauls to [email protected] and let me know what neighborhood it was grown in. Entries will be accepted through Labor Day weekend.
