“I saw today’s post on ducklings and had to share my experience this morning on the way to the Federal Center SW metro.
I’ve never once seen ducks on my morning commute until today, when I happened on a frantic mama duck and one of her ducklings who was stuck inside a sewer grate. Another passerby also heard the commotion and sprang into action, scooping the duckling out of the grate and reuniting it with its mother. (more…)
