Thanks to Ted for sending “We’d spotted this barred owl pair’s roost near Meadowbrook Park a few weeks ago and had been watching them come and go and call to each other in the late afternoon/evening. Last weekend when one adult left the nest a new face appeared: the fledgling! Sorry for the zoomed in phone pics, an adult was perched watching us in the next tree over and I didn’t dare get any closer.”
