Oddly this is not the first random fish found I’ve been sent recently. I think a few years folks speculated they were dropped by birds maybe? Of course that could explain one fish, but 2-3 fish is odd indeed…

I was in DC last month and saw this as I was walking to the National Mall from the metro station. A friend said your people might know what it is?”
Kelly asked: “Multiple commercial planes flying over rock creek park. Isn’t that restricted air space? Is there a re-routing plan when there are storms? Seems odd.”
