“Metro today announced that 15 rail stations that had been closed as part of the transit agency’s Covid-19 response will reopen on Sunday, June 28. In addition, beginning Monday, June 29, buses will be added to the system’s 14 busiest bus lines to provide more capacity and more frequent service as the region reopens.

“The truck was hauling down Rhode Island, going the wrong way. Apparently he hit a small Mini Cooper with someone inside. Swerved in to the small park on 12/P/Rhode Island and in to a tree. One guy who was driving ran off. Apparently a civilian was chasing after him also. Not sure if they got them. Happened around 720AM. FL plates.“

“On 6/15/2020 at approximately 6:55 PM, an MPD K9 officer was flagged down for a carjacking that just occurred near the intersection of 11th St SE and Pennsylvania Ave SE.
