Back in November we posted a bit from a reader about Flair in “the old Grady’s and saw a bunch of construction going on. I opened the door and spoke with the owner. He said the new restaurant is going to be American cuisine and the name is “Flair.”

Z. writes: “Last night around 9:30 two cars raced down Girard between 14 and 15, one appeared to be chasing the other, and they were shooting at each other out their windows. Police ended up closing off a bunch of streets, but I haven’t seen any details yet. Was right in front of my apartment building”
