“DOUBLE SHOOTING— 2700 and 2900 blocks of 14th St NW-DC in Columbia Heights. One shot in the head, other in the arm. No suspect info yet.”

One reader reports hearing: “Heard the shots and the sirens at 14th and Fairmont NW. Stay safe everyone. Six to eight, in rapid succession.”

Another reader reports: “AppleTree Charter at 14th and Girard is on lockdown” Update: “Lockdown over at the school.”

Metrobus reports: “52/54/H2/H4 Delay: Due to police activity on 14th St NW at Columbia Rd, buses are experiencing delays in both directions.”

“whole bunch of gun shots from what sounded like gas station at Florida and V NW at 330. continued to hear more pops up the street.”
