“Just watched a carjacked vehicle run into Florida liquors on 14th and Florida. No one was injured, driver fled the scene and all airbags deployed. Window and some structural damage to the liquors store. Around 6p”

Back in September we were told: Rebel Taco U Street location will “reopen the takeout window at the end of this month”. I’ve inquired again if they plan on reopening at some point but haven’t heard back yet. Hours of operation for their U Street location still says “coming soon” (more…)

Thanks to a resident of the building for passing on from the building management. They say the Tatte Cafe constructions starts Tuesday and the anticipated completion/opening will be in April.
