Located just east of 16th St NW, this large Victorian, with three levels above grade and a basement, is an interesting case study of how insanely rapidly a property in the District can increase in value (and perhaps an example of the effect of tenancy on market value).

Columbia Heights penis window.

Just wanted to report that I was walking down 13th and noticed in the 2100 block 13th Street, NW that someone had taken the glass and screen out of the front window of a row home, hung up what looked like a sheet or a blanket, cut a small hole and presented their erect penis through the hole. District Distilling, located at 1414-1418 U Street, NW, 20009, will temporarily suspend restaurant operations on July 4 so management can shift their focus to the production and distribution of its award-winning line of spirits.
