Back in June 2025 we learned that:
“Medical Cannabis Retailer, DC Garden Hill, coming to the long vacant space on 11th Street in Columbia Heights but a juice shop will be on the first floor and the medical cannabis retailer will be located upstairs.”

For a hot second the space was planned on becoming Lagos DC, “serving West African cuisine”…

That map also reflected a place called “Bourbon Boulevard DC” along 7th St NW, at the previous location of the District Chophouse and Brewery – which closed a few years ago.
