Some many cool things about this one from West End/Dupont. The rooms in this place must be insanely awesome.

I just thought this was a classic good looking row house though I did especially like the windows on the third floor. It’s from the Adams Morgan.

A few months ago this house from 15th Street, NW was painted green and I’m sorry to say I can’t find some earlier pictures to compare but to continue the debate of painted row houses, I’d say this one came out pretty well.

I think we once looked at this house as a ‘judging buildings’ back in the day. But I just passed it again on Otis near 13th Street, NW and it stopped me in my tracks. It is so unusual for this area but I like it a lot.

Here’s a couple of 16th Street, NW classics that we’ve probably seen before in some capacity. They are looking phenomenal. If you had to pick which do you like better?

This Georgetown house seems a bit plain at first sight but if you look at the left hand side of the photo, it kinda looks like a mirror. It’s a bit bizarre when you’re walking by it and realize that it’s not a mirror. Maybe it’s just me… Obviously when you get up close the illusion wears off:

This is the house that I’ve never seen in person but have been always been fascinated by. Previously we had seen a low resolution cell phone photo. I was super psyched to see this high res shot uploaded to the PoPville flickr pool by Lalaroo. If memory serves I believe it is from the Brookland neighborhood.

This is def. a great house but I’m giving it house of the day honors because I have a question. It falls in one of the nicest neighborhoods in the city (Woodland-Normanstone) yet it still has window bars on the top two floors. Don’t you move to a nice neighborhood so you don’t need window bars on the top 2 floors?

It’s a little bit obscured by the branches but this row house has some phenomenal windows.
