“Dear PoPville,

Car is still out there in the street. A cop showed up at one point…looked at the car and ticket then called me back to say that I had to call 311 again. Which I did…again. “Dear PoPville,

At the nationals park the other week, I bought a beer from someone walking up and down the stands and was given the option of tipping 15, 20, or 25%. Sports teams and young children ages 3-5 play in this field daily. (more…)

“Dear PoPville,

Follow up from your post three years ago.

I went to print a permit today at district 2 station; the officer helpfully told me that DDOT has not delivered paper in 2 months to any of the kiosks and “they occasionally get paper but do not know when it shows up or how much” and if I really needed to print, I had to go down to DDOT to print it.”
