My 4 unit condo building has had the same local trash collection service provider for ~6 years, but within the last year the service has become inconsistent to the point of serious concern. While we’re supposed to have trash picked up twice a week, we now have had multiple situations arise where the trash isn’t collected for close to two weeks. (more…)

In light of the PSA you shared on 1/13/23, I wanted to let you know that my lock box was broken into on 1/17/23 (possibly 1/16/23). The plastic on the facade was cracked open (somehow), keys removed & MIA, and shoved full with toilet paper?! My lock box was a generic brand. Notably, my neighbors’ MasterLock lock boxes appear to be untouched. Don’t know if that really means anything but I will be upgrading!”

My family has lived in our rowhouse for ten years. Recently, new neighbors moved in next door. They smoke pot indoors at all times of day and night, and whenever they do, it basically hotboxes my house. I don’t know exactly how the smoke gets in — we have an insulated attic and newish windows etc, but it smells extremely strong in the house and lingers. I’ve asked the neighbors politely about four times not to smoke indoors, most recently yesterday. My younger daughter has asthma, (more…)
