“Kilwins D.C opened its second location in the District of Columbia on Monday January 16th at The Wharf, the city’s preeminent waterfront destination (663 Water Street SW). Kilwins, best known for its original recipe ice cream and Mackinac Island fudge, began in Petoskey, Michigan and today has more than 150 franchised locations across the United States.
