I’ve always been curious about these places. I think it would be super to cool live across the street from the park. Do you think this 1 bedroom is reasonably priced at $1350?

Does $1500 per month sound reasonable for a English Basement here?

Well the photos are less than impressive but the price including parking seems pretty damn good. Does $1000 per month seem reasonable for this 1 bedroom?

This sounds like it may be a bit small and from the photo possibly a first floor or basement unit but the location is pretty terrific. Does $1245 sound reasonable for this studio?

Hmm, from looking at the photos it is not clear what exactly was renovated… But the location is pretty great. Does $1345 for the one bedroom and/or $1185 per month for the studio sound reasonable?
