I’ve walked by this house tons of times, I was pretty intrigued to see what they are asking. Does $1650 sound reasonable for this “3rd Level – 802 sq ft, this unit is a 1 bedroom with 1.5 baths”?

Well this is one of my favorite parts of the city but holy cow have prices gone up. I wanted to show this one because it is an interesting loft space. But the kitchen and other photos don’t really impress too much. Now as I said, obviously the location is terrific but does $2,195 a month sound reasonable for a apartment like this?

I’m not sure if the photos are enough to determine whether it’s worth the $2000 per month but I think this neighborhood is a great one and is going to continue to get better. If the area feels slightly sketch, be sure to walk around at various times of the day to see if this is a place where you and your roomates will feel comfortable living.
